Confidentiality Policy: It is the policy of the FUTURE Foundation of Sacramento that all information provided by applicants will be maintained as confidential and will not be disclosed, divulged, or made accessible to any person, including relatives, friends, and business and professional associates, other than to board members or employees of the Foundation who have a legitimate need for such information and to whom the Foundation has authorized disclosure. The Foundation shall use such confidential information solely for the purpose of furthering the objectives of the Foundation. Notwithstanding the foregoing, confidential information may be disclosed by the Foundation if (i) such information is already public or in the public domain, (ii) the Foundation is legally required to disclose such information or (iii) the applicant or his or her legal guardian consents to such disclosure.
