After March 28, the Phase 1 application deadline, the FUTURE Foundation will contact you by EMAIL regarding your application status. Make sure you check the email you listed in this application regularly so that you do not miss any messages. Prompt response will be necessary.

If you are qualified and selected to move on to Phase 2, you will be contacted by email and provided
forms you will need to complete with your family and school.
